- L windmill with 15# (?) kettlebell
- R windmill with 15# (?) kettlebell
- air squats
- L straight arm side plank
- R straight arm side plank
- L one leg squat to bench
- R one leg squat to bench
- forward agility ladder
- dead bug
- lateral agility ladder
- plank
- wall sit
Not sure what weight that kettlebell was, it was small. In any case, haha holy obliques. I think if I did this workout once a week for six weeks, I'd look like a coke bottle—
