Days that I'm at home are more or less the same as they were in July, so far so good.
Days at work are a lot better now that I'm bringing greek yogurt and blueberries for second breakfast and chopped salads for lunch:
This might be the best I've ever done eating vegetables. Though I am counting avocado as a vegetable, which I had words with friends about. I would only otherwise count avocado as fat; but avocados are good fat, not essential fat—i.e., omega-3. Avocado has fiber, though! And vitamin B.
