Fall Meal Plan

Breakfast
Monday through Friday - Yogurt and Blueberries, Banana, and Almonds
Saturday - Muesli with Yogurt, Blueberries, and Banana
Sunday - French Silk Toast or Tofu Scramble

Lunch
Monday through Saturday - leftover rice bowl or pasta
Sunday - Peanut Butter Sandwich & Very Vanilla or Chocolate Silk

Snack
Monday through Saturday - Apple with Peanut Butter
except Thursday - Chex Mix & Diet Coke
Sunday, at practice - OJ2O

Dinner
Monday - Rice Bowl
Tuesday - pit crew dinner
Wednesday - Vaguely Beans or Curried Vegetable Stew
Thursday - Peanut Butter Sandwich & Very Vanilla or Chocolate Silk
Friday - Taco Burrito Express
Saturday - Creamed Vegetable Soup, unless we go out
Sunday - Choppers!
