Squat Thrust FAIL

So I was going to follow up Poppy and Busty's 600 Pushups in 6 Weeks with Poppy's 600 Squat Thrusts in 6 Weeks; but I only managed fifty squat thrusts in three days, before straining my back from that or from hanging upside down in the movie theater at the Whip It preview.

I mean, my back is fine now. Maybe I should start the squat thrusts again.

I sort of hate squat thrusts.

I have put on my skates to help me think about this.
