Staying Alive we don't need to do anything

Sometimes I remind me of this:

King: Guards, make sure the prince doesn't leave this room until I come and get him.
Guard: Not to leave the room. Even if you come and get him.
King: No, no. Until I come and get him.
Guard: Until you come and get him, we're not to enter the room.
King: No, no, no. You stay in the room, and make sure he doesn't leave.
Guard: And you'll come and get him.
King: Right.
Guard: We don't need to do anything, apart from just stop him entering the room.
It's not that hilarious, it just has to do with still thinking that I should do five skate practices per week. See if you can spot the error: because before I was doing derby lite, speed, circuit, speed, rioters and now I'm doing scrimmage, team, league, league, and I need to replace rioters with something like Sunday speed. I've run this through my head eight hundred times, and finally this afternoon I wrote it all down in a chart and still came to the same conclusion: I need to replace rioters practice with something.... Why am I counting circuit as a skate practice? And hello, you did replace Rioters practice. With Fury team practice, which is the WHOLE POINT of getting drafted. Which means what I have to replace is circuit with an off-skates workout, which is what Sunday practices are supposed to do.

Ha ha, tapering fail.

No no, I am tapering. I mean, I'm sleeping in most mornings and not doing 300s. I'm just keeping up with pushups in the evenings, and just this week I can do sets of fifty now.

Fifty!

This week I've started to turn around with bringing lunches and not drinking soda and taking my vitamins again. When I'm hitting bottom, I stop writing and you don't hear about the totally disgusting ham and cheese croissant that made me say Enough. Better recipes TK.
